Shipping, Click & Collect, and Returns

 

Click & Collect

Your goods will be ready for collection between 24-72 hours on week days providing stock availability. If we are unable to obtain stock within the 72 hour period we will contact you for alternative arrangements or with expected lead times. These time frames may be extended during the Christmas period (Starting mid November).

Shipping

Your goods will be delivered via Australia Post. Shipping rates vary per order depending on your purchase. If you have any queries, feel free to call us and discuss. Your item should be received in 7-10 business days, during the Christmas period (Starting mid November), postage can take up to 14 business days.

Returns

  • Please email us before any goods are returned. Include your receipt date and amount, your name and contact details together with details of your concern and how you would like us to help you with it. We will return your email with an outcome.

  • We do not refund for change of mind.

  • We are happy to refund or exchange, provided that goods are returned to us within 30 days, from the date on your receipt, and that they are in an unused, original, resaleable condition.

  • The exception to this is, due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on hosiery or underwear.

  • Where products are proved to be faulty (but not due to damage in transit) we will give a refund or exchange.

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable in any circumstance.

  • We are not responsible for goods damaged, lost or stolen in transit when we send the goods or when they are returned. We suggest insuring your returned item or shipping with a tracking service provider.
