We use PayPal for all of our online payments, so that we can offer you the very best in Secure Internet Transactions and to protect you by PayPal's buyers protection. You can pay this way using your PayPal account or a variety of credit cards, including Visa & Mastercard. For more information on PayPal visit there website www.paypal.com.au
If you do not have a PayPal account or do not want to use a credit card, we also offer the option of paying via a Bank Transfer. The goods will be shipped to you as soon as the payment has cleared.
Your goods will be delivered by Fastway in NSW or Express Post Australia wide. A flat rate of $10 per order is charged
Please email us before any goods are returned. Include your receipt date and amount, your name and contact details together with details of your concern and how you would like us to help you with it. We will return your email with an outcome.
We are happy to refund or exchange, provided that goods are returned to us within 30 days, from the date on your receipt, and that they are in an unused, original, resaleable condition.
The exception to this is, due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on hosiery or underwear.
Where products are proved to be faulty (but not due to damage in transit) we will give a refund or exchange.
All shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer and are not refundable in any circumstance.
We are not responsible for goods damaged, lost or stolen in transit when we send the goods or when they are returned. We suggest insuring your returned item or shipping with a tracking service provider.
